Myra Embun Brings Integrated Living to Dengkil

Myra, the residential property arm of Oriental Interest Bhd (OIB), has unveiled Myra Embun, a new freehold mixed-use development in Jenderam, Dengkil designed to serve the growing Putrajaya fringe.

Located just 5km from Putrajaya, the development combines serviced residences, retail offerings, and a boutique hotel within a single integrated project. It is among the first mixed developments in the Jenderam area and is strategically connected via the MEX, PLUS, and Lingkaran Putrajaya highways.

The launch comes as homebuyers increasingly look for developments that offer accessibility, practical layouts, and everyday conveniences.
