Foundryx Malaysia has partnered with China’s Coohom and Germany’s HOMAG to launch what is described as Malaysia’s first integrated digital ecosystem for the home and living industry.
The collaboration aims to connect design, sales, manufacturing, and installation into a single workflow, helping businesses reduce inefficiencies and improve project coordination.
The initiative was announced through a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by the three companies.
Connecting the Entire Customer Journey
At the centre of the ecosystem is Foundryx EcoHub, a SaaS platform that integrates Coohom’s AI-powered 3D design capabilities with HOMAG’s manufacturing technologies.
The platform allows businesses to manage projects from design visualisation and quotation to production and installation within a connected digital environment.
According to Foundryx, the system is designed to reduce delays, improve accuracy, and streamline communication across different stakeholders.
Supporting SMEs Through Digitalisation
The home and living sector continues to face challenges from fragmented workflows and manual processes, particularly among SMEs.
Foundryx said EcoHub is designed to make digital transformation more accessible by bringing design, workflow management, manufacturing, and support services into one platform.
Industry-wide subscriptions are expected to open in July 2026, allowing interior designers, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers to adopt the system.
Focus on Efficiency and Sustainability

Beyond workflow improvements, the platform also aims to reduce material wastage through automated manufacturing integration and optimisation tools.
By connecting approved designs directly to production systems, businesses can minimise manual redraws, improve resource planning, and shorten project timelines.
The ecosystem is also expected to support growing demand for faster project delivery and greater transparency among homeowners.
Looking Ahead
Foundryx is currently onboarding early adopters across Malaysia and plans to expand into regional markets including Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia.
The company believes a more connected digital ecosystem can help improve competitiveness, particularly for SMEs operating within the home and living industry.
