The Pos Malaysia Run is returning for its third edition, and this year’s event is set to be bigger than before.
Taking place on 29 November 2026 at Dataran Merdeka in Kuala Lumpur, Pos Malaysia Run 2026 is aiming to attract 10,000 participants from across the country.
A Run Inspired by Everyday Connections
The event is organised by Pos Malaysia, the country’s national post and parcel service provider.
More than just a sporting event, the run reflects the daily journeys of Pos Malaysia workers who connect communities across the nation. From deliveries in busy cities to rural areas, the event celebrates movement, trust, and togetherness.
This year’s theme, “Jom Laju For Fun!”, highlights the event’s fun and inclusive atmosphere for people of all ages.
New 21KM Category Introduced
One of the biggest additions this year is the introduction of the first-ever 21KM Open category.
The race lineup now includes:
- 21KM Open (18–39 years old)
- 10KM Open (16–39 years old)
- Veteran Category (40 years and above)
- 5.5KM Fun Run for individuals and groups
Participants competing in the 10KM and 21KM categories will also stand a chance to win part of the RM20,800 cash prize pool.
Running Through the Heart of Kuala Lumpur
Starting from Dataran Merdeka, runners will pass some of Kuala Lumpur’s well-known landmarks during the event.
The location itself holds historical significance as the city’s 0KM marker, making it a symbolic starting point for the run.
Along the routes, participants can also expect games, activities, and interactive experiences designed to create a lively community atmosphere.
Supporting Healthier and More Sustainable Living
Pos Malaysia says the event also reflects its broader sustainability efforts.
The company has been expanding greener delivery initiatives, including building Malaysia’s largest electrified delivery fleet as part of its long-term environmental goals.
At the same time, the run encourages healthier lifestyles and stronger community engagement through accessible fitness activities.

Super Early Bird rates are available until 31 May 2026, with prices starting from:
- RM118 for 21KM
- RM88 for 10KM
- RM68 for 5.5KM Fun Run
All participants will receive a race pack that includes:

Participants in the 21KM category will also receive an exclusive finisher towel.
