This reinforces their commitment to empower young Malaysians through sports.

The collaboration of MOE, MSSM and MILO® through this championship is the peak of the school sports competition in Malaysia. Bringing together top student-athletes to compete in 24 sports. It provides a vital platform for young talents to refine their skills, gain exposure, and grow stronger together.

MILO® Malaysia mission of building a sporting nation has played a crucial role in shaping Malaysia’s school sports ecosystem. Its mission of ‘Building a Sporting Nation’ over the past seven decades has impacted millions of students, fostering discipline, resilience and teamwork through sports.
Tuan Haji Azman Bin Adnan, Malaysian Director General of Education, emphasized the championship’s importance:
“This championship is not just an ordinary sporting event, but also a symbol of the country’s aspirations in building a better, balanced and ready future generation to face the challenges of the global world. I’m confident that with continued effort and strong commitment, we can achieve greater success and produce more world-class athletes. We need to reach more students by giving them the opportunity to participate in MSSM championships that align with their interests and abilities. We also need to view the organisation of these MSSM championships as a platform for comprehensive change to realise the National Education Philosophy,”
