Malaysia’s civil servants now have one more reason to smile. foodpanda is offering an exclusive 20% discount on its 12-month pandapro membership through the Insentif Rebat RAHMAH pandapro Penjawat Awam 2026, a pandapro civil servants initiative expected to benefit more than 1.3 million government employees nationwide.

The pandapro civil servants offer is foodpanda’s way of recognising the service and contribution of the people who keep the country running every day, from frontline counters to policy desks.

Launched at the Ministry of Communications Monthly Assembly

The initiative was officially launched by YB Dato’ Seri Fahmi Fadzil, Minister of Communications, during the ministry’s October 2026 monthly assembly in Putrajaya.

Developed in collaboration with foodpanda, the programme supports the Government’s Hybrid Working Policy (Dasar Hari Bekerja Hibrid, HBH) for civil servants. For officers who split their week between the office and home, convenient deliveries and grocery runs can make busy workdays a little easier. It is a practical, everyday benefit that civil servants can use whether they are at their desks in Putrajaya or working from home elsewhere in the country.

A Thank You to Those Who Serve

Kenneth Soh, Managing Director of foodpanda Malaysia, highlighted the value of working hand in hand with the Government.

“As we continue to work alongside the Government on initiatives that matter to Malaysians, we also want to look at how foodpanda can play a more meaningful role in people’s lives. Civil servants are an important part of our community, and they contribute to the country every day. This initiative is our way of recognising that contribution and saying thank you, while finding ways to support them in their daily lives.”
