Thinking of where to gather the fam for a spectacular Raya outing? IOI Malls has already done the decorating for you! This year, the Meriah Aidilfitri campaign is turning the traditional festive season into a living, breathing art gallery across Putrajaya, Puchong, Damansara, and Kulai.

Running from now until 5 April 2026, this isn’t just a shopping trip; it’s a full-blown cultural takeover. In a cool collaboration with contemporary batik artist Farah Mohan (the genius behind Novak Batik), the malls have been transformed with modern brushwork and nostalgic village motifs that are practically begging to be on your Instagram feed.

Celebrate Meriah Aidilfitri With Art And Soul

The heart of this year’s celebration is “Contemporary Heritage.” Instead of the usual tinsel, you’ll find enlarged batik motifs and interactive installations that bridge the gap between “then” and “now.” As Chris Chong, IOI Properties COO, puts it, the goal is to support local artistry while giving families a warm, joyful space to create memories.

Putrajaya And Puchong: Tradition Meets Elegance

  • IOI City Mall Putrajaya: Experience “Heritage in Bloom” with biodiversity-inspired installations. Don’t miss the Dikir Barat and Tarian Kuda Kepang performances, or catch Farah Mohan’s exclusive batik exhibition at the East Wing.
  • IOI Mall Puchong: It’s all about that “Turquoise and Gold” aesthetic here. Between the Gamelan Nusantara tunes and workshops for miniature kuih making, you can even snag two free train rides just for shopping!

Damansara And Kulai: Nostalgia And Family Fun

  • IOI Mall Damansara: Walk through a “Pillow Wall” featuring limited-edition batik prints. It’s a literal cozy corner of culture where you can also catch Angklung soloists and hang out with the playful Ketupat Mascots.
  • IOI Mall Kulai: This is the spot for the kids! We’re talking Raya Magic Shows, face painting, and a unique Tarian Silat that blends dance with martial arts. Plus, if you’re there for Iftar, they’re giving out free kurma and bubur lambuk on weekends!

Exclusive Rewards For CLUB IOI Members

What’s a Raya celebration without some treats? CLUB IOI members are in for a win with exclusive redemptions. You can claim Plushie Charm Blind Boxes or those designer Batik-Print Pillows by Farah Mohan. If you’re an AEON Credit Cardholder, you’re in even more luck, you can unlock these rewards with lower spend thresholds!

Whether you’re coming for the Batik Masterclasses or just to soak in the vibes, your Meriah Aidilfitri starts here.
