K-pop is no longer just music. It is shaping how people travel, explore cities, and connect with culture.
The new CORTIS Seoul Hideout Airbnb experience brings this trend to life. Located in Seoul, the immersive space is designed around the group’s latest music release, REDRED, offering fans a chance to step into their creative world.
The project reflects a growing shift, where fandom is turning into real-world travel experiences.
A Fan Experience Built Around Music and Identity
Airbnb is partnering with CORTIS to launch a unique fan space called the Green vs Red Hideout. The concept is inspired by the group’s latest EP GREENGREEN and its lead single REDRED.
On April 28, selected guests will join a guided Airbnb Original experience. Up to 30 participants will be able to meet the group in person while exploring the space.
The experience goes beyond a simple visit. Guests move through themed zones, take part in activities, and discover elements linked to the group’s identity and music. This includes interactive games, creative stations, and personalised experiences designed around self-expression.
Throughout the journey, visitors can collect exclusive keepsakes, turning the visit into something memorable rather than just visual.
More Ways to Experience the Hideout

Beyond the main event, Airbnb is offering additional ways for fans to access the space.
Fans can apply for a one-night stay between April 29 and 30, where one guest and a companion will explore the hideout at their own pace. The stay includes access to all zones and exclusive items, although it does not include a meet-and-greet with the group.
A larger pop-up experience will also run from May 1 to 7, opening the space to over 1,000 visitors. This allows more fans to step inside and explore the concept without the limited capacity of the main event.
All experiences are free to book, but travel and accommodation costs are not included.

Why K-Culture Is Driving Travel Demand
K-pop and Korean entertainment continue to influence global travel patterns. According to a recent survey, 94% of visitors and potential travellers to Korea say K-culture played a role in their interest.
This has led to a rise in experience-based travel. Fans are no longer satisfied with just concerts or merchandise. They want deeper, more personal connections with the artists and worlds they follow.
Projects like the CORTIS Seoul Hideout reflect this shift. They turn music into an interactive destination, blending entertainment with tourism.
Impact on Tourism and Creative Economy
The collaboration highlights how entertainment and travel are becoming more connected.
For Airbnb, it expands the idea of what travel experiences can be. For artists like CORTIS, it creates new ways to engage with fans beyond digital platforms.
At a broader level, initiatives like this support Korea’s tourism sector. They attract international visitors while promoting local creative industries, from music production to experiential design.
As more fans travel for cultural experiences, cities like Seoul continue to strengthen their position as global creative hubs.
A New Way for Fans to Connect

The CORTIS Seoul Hideout is not just a promotional space. It represents a new direction in fan engagement.
By combining music, storytelling, and physical interaction, it offers something more personal. Fans are not just watching but they are part of the experience.
Where Music Meets Travel Experiences
The launch of the CORTIS Seoul Hideout shows how K-pop is expanding beyond traditional platforms.
It blends travel, creativity, and fan culture into a single experience, reflecting how entertainment is evolving in Asia.
For fans, it offers something rare like a chance to step inside the world behind the music.
