POP MART is bringing a little farm adventure into the heart of Kuala Lumpur with the Twinkle Twinkle Farm Tales Pop-Up, now open at Urban Node, The Exchange TRX.
Running from 13 to 23 August 2026, the 11-day event marks Southeast Asia’s first pop-up dedicated to the Farm Tales Series. It also brings Twinkle Twinkle to Malaysia for its first local appearance, alongside new collectibles and signing sessions with creator Daxin.
Step Into Twinkle Twinkle’s Playful Farm
Urban Node has been transformed into a colourful farm-inspired setting based on the Farm Tales Series. Visitors will find animal-inspired details and scenes built around Twinkle Twinkle’s familiar rosy cheeks and star-shaped appearance.
The experience gives collectors another way to explore the character beyond the figures themselves, turning its imaginative world into a physical space where fans can browse, take photos and gather with the local collector community.
Pop-up-exclusive merchandise is available from 13 August, including T-shirts, plush bags, fridge magnets and other items. Selected purchases will also come with exclusive gifts while stocks last.
New Farm Tales Series Arrives on 21 August
One of the main highlights will be the launch of the new Twinkle Twinkle Farm Tales Series on 21 August.
Created by illustrator and designer Daxin in 2020, Twinkle Twinkle is known for its warm but curious personality. The character’s stories explore themes such as courage, love and longing while celebrating different personalities and strengths.
The Kuala Lumpur pop-up brings these ideas into a farm setting, with the new collection adding another chapter to Twinkle Twinkle’s growing world.
Meet Twinkle Twinkle in Malaysia for the First Time
Fans will also have their first opportunity to meet POP MART Friend Twinkle Twinkle in Malaysia on 20 and 21 August.
The appearances will take place at Level 1 of The Exchange TRX, in front of Love, Bonito. A limited number of fans will be able to join meet-and-greet sessions and take photos with the character.
Visitors spending RM120 or more in a single receipt at the pop-up from 13 to 15 August will stand a chance to receive a meet-and-greet ticket. Places are limited.
Meet Creator Daxin at Special Signing Sessions
The experience continues on 22 and 23 August, when Daxin will meet Malaysian fans through special artist signing sessions.
Those who spend RM99.60 on Twinkle Twinkle products in a single receipt between 13 and 21 August will stand a chance to receive a signing ticket.
Full mechanics, schedules and results for both the character appearances and signing sessions will be announced through POP MART Malaysia’s official social media channels.
Twinkle Twinkle’s Southeast Asian Journey Continues
Kuala Lumpur is the latest stop in Twinkle Twinkle’s growing Southeast Asian journey.
The character previously established its first permanent regional home at Dreamstar Isle at POP MART Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore. The Kuala Lumpur event introduces a different setting while giving Malaysian fans their first opportunity to experience the character locally.
POP MART says Malaysia will not be the final stop, with Twinkle Twinkle expected to continue visiting more cities and countries.
