Pickleball fans have another major tournament to look forward to as Paramount Cup 2026 returns for its second edition from 22 to 25 October 2026.
Taking place at PLAYA Racquet Club @ PARC Subang, this year’s tournament is expected to welcome more than 900 participants. Players will compete for a prize pool worth over RM110,000, making it one of Malaysia’s largest pickleball prize pools.
Beyond competitive action, the tournament is expanding its focus on young players, community participation and opportunities for Malaysian talent.
More Opportunities for Young Pickleball Players
One of the biggest additions this year is the introduction of eight junior competition categories.
These include U10, U12 and U14 Co-ed Singles and Doubles, alongside U16 Boys Singles and Boys Doubles. The expanded categories give younger players more opportunities to gain competitive experience.
Adult competitions will also cover singles, doubles, mixed doubles and team formats across different skill levels, allowing both newer and more experienced players to take part.
Every Registration Gives Back to the Community

Paramount Cup 2026 is also adding a charitable element to this year’s tournament.
For every participant registered, PLAYA will contribute RM5 from the registration fee to Shelter Home for Children. Paramount Property will match the contribution ringgit for ringgit.
Paramount Corporation Berhad Deputy Group CEO Beh Chun Chong said the initiative reflects the company’s aim of bringing people together through sport while creating a positive impact beyond the tournament.
Visitors can also enjoy a three-day bazaar during the tournament, with food, activities and family-friendly experiences planned alongside the matches.
A Pathway to International Pickleball
Another major development is Paramount Cup 2026’s recognition as an APP Asia qualifying stop.
The recognition follows PLAYA Racquet Club’s collaboration with the Association of Pickleball Professionals (APP). It gives participating local players an opportunity to progress beyond the domestic competition and potentially qualify for the wider APP tour.
PLAYA Racquet Club Director Brian Choo described the development as an important moment for Malaysian pickleball, giving local players a clearer pathway towards international competition.
PLAYA Racquet Club Returns as Venue Partner

Following the inaugural tournament in 2025, PLAYA Racquet Club returns as the official Venue Partner.
The lifestyle-focused racquet destination features nine indoor courts and 14 outdoor and covered courts, alongside dining, retail and family-friendly facilities.
The tournament will also be overseen by a PPA-certified Tournament Director, with international standards applied to officiating, competition management and the overall player experience.
How to Join Paramount Cup 2026
