LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort has made hisss-tory once again! This time, the resort has slithered its way into the Malaysia Book of Records with the World’s Longest LEGO® Snake—a jaw-dropping 338 meters long, smashing its own 2013 record. More than just an impressive feat, this vibrant serpent is a stunning celebration of creativity, teamwork, and community spirit, built from over 1 million LEGO bricks.
A Team Effort with Bite!

This one-of-a-kind masterpiece was designed by Merlin Magic Making (MMM) and LEGOLAND Malaysia’s Master Model Builder, starting with a detailed snake head, a sturdy tree trunk, and the first body segments. But the real magic? It came from the over 5,000 LEGO fans of all ages who helped complete this epic build over a month, adding their personal touch to each brick.
Now coiling majestically around the park’s Beginning Area, the LEGO Snake is an eye-catching centerpiece, welcoming visitors with its intricate details and dazzling colors. The Vice President of LEGOLAND Malaysia proudly said:
“We’re incredibly proud of this achievement, especially because this was built together as a community. Our LEGO Snake stands as a symbol of creativity, inclusivity, and collaboration, which is something we have always strived to inspire here at LEGOLAND Malaysia. It has been incredibly heart-warming watching thousands of our guests contribute their own unique styles to this build, and I hope everyone who participated will have fond memories of their experience in helping set this world record.”
CS Lim, Vice President of LEGOLAND Malaysia.
