Glomac FY2026 Financial Performance
Glomac FY2026 revenue came in at RM226.2 million, with profit before tax (PBT) of RM32.7 million and profit after tax (PAT) of RM20.2 million. Completed projects across its townships have largely achieved full take-up. Glomac ended the year with RM546 million in unbilled sales, giving clear visibility of future revenue as construction moves forward.
A Healthy Balance Sheet With Room to Grow
The Group closed FY2026 with negligible net gearing and cash and bank balances of RM218.9 million as at 30 April 2026, giving it healthy liquidity to support ongoing developments, planned launches and future growth initiatives.
Its RM3.0 billion Sukuk Wakalah Programme adds further funding flexibility. Meanwhile, about 600 acres of strategically located landbank, with a potential GDV of more than RM6.0 billion, provides a long development runway. Net asset value per share stood at RM1.58 as at 30 April 2026.
RM371 Million in New Launches Planned for FY2027
Glomac is rolling out about RM371 million worth of new launches in FY2027, made up of a balanced mix of landed residential and commercial properties across its established townships. RM163 million of new products have been introduced so far:

Outlook: Building on Glomac FY2026 Momentum
Building on its Glomac FY2026 performance, the Group remains focused on disciplined execution. Its FY2027 launch programme centres on landed residential and commercial products in established townships where it has deep experience. Glomac will also continue to unlock value from its landbank and investment assets, while staying open to opportunities that strengthen its longer-term growth.
Construction cost and inflationary pressures remain, but Glomac intends to manage them with prudence and discipline. With a strong financial foundation and about RM6 billion in remaining GDV, the Group is confident it can navigate the year ahead and create sustainable long-term value for shareholders.
