In a significant move to support communities devastated by recent flash floods, Coway, the Best Life Solution Company, has announced a donation of RM300,000.
This initiative, in collaboration with the Malaysian Red Crescent (MRC), aims to deliver essential emergency relief to the affected areas, showcasing Coway’s strong commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR).

The recent flash floods have severely impacted Kelantan, Terengganu, Kedah, and other regions. Approximately 2,259 households, equivalent to 11,295 individuals, have been affected. Consequently, the situation necessitates immediate and coordinated recovery efforts. Coway’s generous contribution will supply vital resources and support to 45 community centres in the affected areas.
Strategic Partnership For Effective Disaster Relief
Coway’s initiative, bolstered through its partnership with MRC, ensures that the aid reaches those in greatest need. As a reputable humanitarian organisation renowned for its disaster management expertise, MRC will provide essential relief items such as food, hygiene products, and cleaning supplies. These include high-pressure water jets, mops, disinfectants, and floor scrubbers. Such items are crucial for helping families restore their homes and surroundings.
