ARA DAMANSARA, 25 JULY 2024 – Sime Darby Property Berhad (“Sime Darby Property” or “Group”) secured Gold for the ‘Best Smart & Sustainable Township’ category at the PC.com 2024 Best Product of the Year Award held in Petaling Jaya.
Organized annually by PC.com magazine, the award recognizes leading businesses and brands that have played a significant role in supporting the communities despite challenges posed by the tough operating environment as well as the mass transition towards digitalization.

Chosen by the people, Sime Darby Property received the highest number of votes from a pool of 60,000 voters. Sime Darby Property Chief Marketing and Sales Officer Datuk Lai Shu Wei said:
