In the vibrant city of Titiwangsa, where the allure of pilates draws in health-conscious individuals, there existed a gap in the market. While pilates studios abound, there was a glaring absence of spaces that catered to the specific needs of hijabi women, Bliss Society KL.

Bliss Society, A Personal Journey To Inclusion

The inception of Bliss Society stems from the personal experiences of its founders, Farah Lyana Muhammad Sabri and Farah Nadia Muhammad Sabri. Their encounters with judgmental attitudes and discomfort in traditional pilates studios led them to forge their path.

Bliss Society is not just about pilates; it is about fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment. The studio’s Bali-inspired decor and female-only environment offer more than just a place to work out; it is a sanctuary where women can shed inhibitions and embrace their journey to wellness.

Since its recent opening, Bliss Society has become a beacon of inclusivity in Malaysia’s fitness scene. With a growing clientele from various corners of the Klang Valley, it is evident that the demand for such spaces transcends geographical boundaries.
