Pan Pacific Hotels Group, an established hospitality company in Singapore is taking its next sustainability icon, PARKROYAL COLLECTION hotels beyond the shores of Singapore with the launch of PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur in June 2022. The launch will also be followed by the opening of Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur in October 2022.
Both properties will become the first with the Group’s signature Pan Pacific flag in Malaysia. The properties will be opened in a mixed-use complex owned by the Singapore-listed UOL Group Limited, Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s parent company and one of Asia’s most established hotel and property companies with a portfolio of investment and development properties.
PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur
Following the successful launch of Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s PARKROYAL COLLECTION brand in January 2020, the 535-room PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur will inject a new breath of eco-chic living in the beating heart of Bukit Bintang.
Welcoming guests into a world of biophilia, the property features a lush green façade of 78 sky planters on its frontage and roof terraces showcasing 13,000 square feet of plants and trees.
Sustainable design
In line with the PARKROYAL COLLECTION brand’s design for sustainability, the hotel will highlight sustainable operations with:
- Motion sensors across public areas and rooms
- Food waste digester
- No single-use plastics
- Urban farm
Holistic wellness floor
Similar to its subsidiary properties in Singapore, it will also have a holistic wellness floor comprising a St Gregory Spa, a modern gymnasium and fitness studio, as well as a pool.
Meanwhile, the complex will welcome 210 well-appointed luxury suites with Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur in October 2022. The suites will offer long-staying guests the conveniences of the city coupled with the sincere and gracious service of Pan Pacific.
Appointing Complex General Manager
In conjunction with the launch, Cristian Nannucci is newly appointed as the Complex General Manager, heading PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur and Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur.
Christian is a hospitality veteran with 30-year experience in several hotel groups across three continents in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He has working experience in City Hotels, Beach Resorts, Multi-Integrated Luxury as well as Boutique Hospitality Business Models. His most recent role was General Manager of Shangri-La Mactan Resort and SPA in Cebu, the Philippines.
With 10 years of industry experience within Malaysia, he leads the formulation and implementation of strategies to deliver product and service excellence.
Cristian is tasked to grow the Malaysian business as well as lead the team dedicated to providing gracious and dependable hospitality.

Other than announcing Cristian as the Complex General Manager, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur and Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur also welcome Jesslynn Ng as the Director of Marketing & Communications.
She will be responsible for the brand management, marketing and media strategy, social media, strategic partnerships, as well as communications and brand experience initiatives of the two properties.
Before joining the Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Jesslynn served as Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications in the hospitality industry. She will report directly to Cristian.
