2. Zoo Taiping & Night Safari

Our next top zoos in Malaysia 2023 list; The Taiping Zoo, located in Taiping, Perak, is not only one of the oldest zoos in the country but also one of our favourites. It opened in 1961. There are approximately 1300 friendly cuddly animals representing 180 different species ready to meet you at this zoo. We’re most excited about the night safari, which begins after dark and takes visitors on a tram ride across the park to see nocturnal species in their native environments.

9. Crocodile Adventureland Langkawi

Crocodile Adventureland, located on the island of Langkawi, is not really a zoo but is too great an attraction to leave off this list. The 20-acre crocodile farm may be found in the Teluk Datai Bay region in the island’s northwest. 10. Aquaria, KLCC

Aquaria KLCC, a popular tourist destination since it opened in 2005 beneath the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, is only one of the city’s many attractions. It’s a great opportunity to learn about marine life without having to get wet, and the interactive exhibits can pull youngsters (and adults) away from their phones for at least an hour.
