The Salted Egg Fried Mantou serves as a shareable appetiser. It features golden-fried mantou buns topped with salted egg crumbs and paired with a rich, creamy dipping sauce.
For mains, the Salted Egg Fried Rice elevates a Malaysian comfort classic. It has baby scallops, succulent shrimp, and generous salted egg crumbs. A fresh side salad cuts through the richness, offering balance without compromising flavour.
Completing the trio is the Salted Egg Chicken Chop. This is a Western-inspired plate. It features a crispy chicken thigh drizzled in creamy salted egg sauce and finished with salted egg crumbs.
