Three Dishes, Three Ways To Go Golden

At the heart of the series are three distinct interpretations of salted egg indulgence.
The Salted Egg Fried Mantou serves as a shareable appetiser. It features golden-fried mantou buns topped with salted egg crumbs and paired with a rich, creamy dipping sauce.
For mains, the Salted Egg Fried Rice elevates a Malaysian comfort classic. It has baby scallops, succulent shrimp, and generous salted egg crumbs. A fresh side salad cuts through the richness, offering balance without compromising flavour.
Completing the trio is the Salted Egg Chicken Chop. This is a Western-inspired plate. It features a crispy chicken thigh drizzled in creamy salted egg sauce and finished with salted egg crumbs. Served alongside fried mantou bites and salad, it delivers contrast in texture and indulgence in every bite.

To complement the bold, savoury flavours of the Golden Egg Series, Secret Recipe has also rolled out five new Fruit Tea Smoothies. Light, refreshing, and fruit-forward, the drinks are crafted to cleanse the palate and provide a cooling contrast.
Options range from the zesty Apple Calamansi Smoothie to the fragrant Tropical Rose Smoothie, alongside crowd-pleasers like Strawberry Lemon, Passion Mint, and Lychee Mint. Each smoothie adds a refreshing layer to the overall dining experience, making the pairing intentional rather than incidental.
