If your flight is delayed or canceled, Bolt will automatically adjust your pickup time or cancel the ride at no extra cost. This ensures that your driver arrives precisely when you do, eliminating unnecessary waiting times.
To utilize this feature:
- Open the Bolt app and tap the ‘Schedule’ button next to the destination search.
- Enter your pickup location as KLIA Terminal 1 or 2 and your destination.
- Select ‘Add Flight Details’ and input your flight’s landing date, flight number, airline, or departure city.
- Choose how many minutes after landing you’d like to be picked up.
Bolt will then monitor your flight in real-time, adjusting your ride accordingly.
