Quaker, the leading global oats brand, is excited to unveil its Jom Quaker Fit campaign aimed at motivating Malaysians to embrace healthier living. The campaign focuses on weight management through a balanced diet and an active lifestyle.
The ‘Jom Quaker Fit’ 30-Day Challenge
Co-developed with fitness and nutrition content creators, the campaign is designed to offer a structured yet flexible program for weight management. The challenge sets weekly goals covering various aspects of a healthy lifestyle, such as 20 minutes of daily exercise and incorporating more fiber into meals.
To support this initiative, Quaker has introduced a 30-Day Recipe Guide, providing nutritious and delicious meal ideas centered around oats. Additionally, the campaign features a collaboration with four social media influencers, making healthy eating and staying active enjoyable through the Jom Quaker Fit 30-Day Challenge.
As participants progress, the challenge becomes gradually more demanding, encouraging consistency, healthier habits, and effective weight management.
Participants can track their progress using Instagram Story templates created by Quaker for weekly check-ins. These templates provide a fun and interactive way to monitor achievements, share milestones, and engage with fellow participants.

Join ‘Jom Quaker Fit’ 30-Day Challenge Now!
To further inspire Malaysians, Quaker will reward one participant who shows the most significant transformation after completing the Jom Quaker Fit 30-Day Challenge. The grand prize includes a comprehensive RM1,600 full body check-up, a RM5,000 travel voucher, and a month’s supply of Quaker products worth RM268. To qualify, participants must:
- Complete all four weeks of check-ins using the “Add yours” template provided by Quaker.
- Include at least one Quaker product in each week’s photos.
- Creatively showcase their transformation in terms of weight and mood.
- Tag @quakeroats_malaysia in each weekly check-in Instagram story post (ensure the profile is public).
- Quaker will select the participant with the most significant and inspiring transformation.

Nutrition Month Malaysia Activation
In conjunction with Nutrition Month Malaysia from 22nd to 26th May 2024, Quaker will host an event at Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Visitors will have the opportunity to engage with nutritionists, receive tips on incorporating oats into their meals, and discover new ways to stay active.
