Bursa Malaysia Bhd introduces a new feature on its Bursa Anywhere mobile application (app) that allows investors to subscribe for right issue electronically (eRights).

Users can now easily apply and make payment for right issue on the app. This saves users from taking a trip to the bank or post office for payments and filling physical rights subscription forms.

According to Bursa Malaysia, the Bursa Anywhere app aims to offer investors easy access to manage their central depository system (CDS) accounts remotely.

The apps also support:

– CDS account openings

– E-dividend subscriptions, and

– Reactivation of dormant & inactive accounts
