- ½ cup of water
- ½ tbsp sweet soy sauce

- 1 key lime

- Pour the sardine into a bowl and separate the sardine fish and the tomato sauce.
- Fry the sardine on a pan with some oil until it looks crispy.
- Pick up the sardine and leave it aside, in the same pan, add sliced shallot and garlic and stir well until cooked.
- Pour the tomato sauce from the tin and add water, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and mix well.
- Add in the stir fried sardine and mashed it in the mixture.
- Add eggs, sliced shallots, sliced chilli peppers, cilantro and squeeze a bit of key lime to get the best taste.
- Wait for the eggs to cook and it’s now ready to serve.

Ingredients:
- 500g of cream cheese
- 8 tbsp of condensed milk
- 220ml of full cream milk
- A pack of biscuit
- Milo powder
- Nestum powder
Instructions:
- In one bowl, add cream cheese and condensed milk, mix it well.
- In another bowl, pour in the full cream milk and add a bit of milk into the first bowl to get a smooth texture.
- Dip biscuits into the milk bowl, soaking it completely and arrange it on a dish tray.
- Slather the cream cheese mix on top of the soaked biscuits, and repeat the process of layering until it is finished.
- Add in milo powder and nestum powder in the middle of layering.
