As Malaysia’s e-commerce sector continues to expand, logistics companies are investing in smarter technologies to keep pace with growing delivery demand. Ninja Van Malaysia has strengthened its warehouse operations through a new automation solution from Zebra Technologies, helping improve fulfilment efficiency while supporting its growing nationwide network.
The latest technology upgrade allows the company to process parcels faster, improve operational accuracy and create a more efficient working environment for warehouse employees.
Investing in Digital Logistics
Ninja Van Malaysia currently serves nearly 25 million recipients across the country, supporting both online retailers and business customers. As shipment volumes continue to rise, managing warehouse operations efficiently has become increasingly important.
To streamline its fulfilment process, the company implemented the cloud-based AC2 WAVE Warehouse Management System alongside Zebra Technologies’ TC2 mobile computers and ZD200 desktop printers.
The integrated solution gives warehouse employees real-time access to inventory information, allowing them to locate products faster and manage orders more efficiently from picking through to final dispatch.
Faster Warehouse Operations Boost Productivity
The new warehouse system has significantly improved daily operations. Employees are now able to process between 30 and 60 barcode scans every minute, effectively doubling previous scanning speeds.
Using Zebra’s handheld mobile computers, workers receive instant inventory guidance while moving around the warehouse. Once orders are packed, shipping labels are produced immediately using Zebra’s desktop printers, helping ensure parcels are correctly identified before entering the delivery network.
The improvements reduce processing delays and help warehouses maintain smooth operations even during periods of high demand.
Better Technology Supports Employees
Warehouse automation is also creating a better experience for frontline workers.
According to Ninja Van Malaysia, the upgraded system has reduced the amount of time employees spend resolving operational issues, allowing them to focus on fulfilling customer orders more efficiently.
With fewer workflow interruptions, warehouse teams are able to maintain productivity throughout the day while improving overall operational consistency.
Improving Delivery Accuracy
Accurate fulfilment is essential as customer expectations for faster deliveries continue to increase.
The deployment of Zebra’s ZD200 printers allows shipping labels to remain clear and readable throughout the delivery process, reducing fulfilment-related errors and helping minimise customer complaints involving delayed or misplaced parcels.
By combining mobile computing, cloud-based warehouse management and reliable printing technology, Ninja Van Malaysia has strengthened both operational efficiency and customer service.
Supporting Malaysia’s Digital Economy
Malaysia’s digital economy continues to create new opportunities for logistics providers as online shopping and digital businesses expand.
Warehouse automation is becoming a key investment for companies looking to improve efficiency while supporting higher delivery volumes. Connected technologies allow logistics providers to optimise warehouse operations, improve inventory visibility and respond more effectively to changing customer demand.
The collaboration between Ninja Van Malaysia and Zebra Technologies highlights how digital transformation is helping modernise Malaysia’s logistics sector while strengthening the country’s growing e-commerce ecosystem.
