Pepsi is joining hands with Lay’s to launch ‘The Perfect Match‘ campaign to create a surge of excitement for the highly anticipated UEFA Champions League (UCL) finals. Apart from that, consumers also can stand a chance to win UCL merchandises when they purchase Pepsi or Lay’s participating products at selected stores.
This campaign aims to give the consumers the best experience when watching UCL and their favorite football teams as said by Jennifer Lee, Beverage Marketing Lead of PepsiCo.
The football viewing experience goes beyond just the match whereby it is often accompanied with snacks and drinks. Building upon Pepsi and Lay’s continued partnership with UCL, this collaboration brings both brands together to provide consumers with the perfect match of snacks and drinks, an exciting combo which can add fun and enjoyment during this much anticipated football occasion.

In this campaign, Pepsi brings in Lionel Messi, the face of all-time GOAT and seven-time Ballon d’Or winner onto the Pepsi 4-can box packaging. There are two variations of Pepsi that can be purchased which are Pepsi Regular 320ml and Pepsi Black 320ml. Both Pepsi and Lay’s will be the perfect accompaniment for one to enjoy the match from the comfort of their own homes or anywhere they like!
