This has significantly reduced real interactions. Hence, Gen Z needs to work on their social skills. Be real, touch some grass, or anything synonymous with living in the present moment, Gen Z needs to engage and form social connections physically to ensure a promising future.

By attending classes or learning from mentors about money management principles, Gen Zs can proactively work to increase their financial intelligence. Employers may help Gen Z by paying fair salaries and offering benefits that are worthwhile and carefully thought out, with cues that encourage wise saving and investment for the future.
There are valid reasons to be optimistic about Gen Z’s future. They have survived a pandemic that affected the entire world, but they still have the chance to grow as a human. It includes learning how to be resilient, and form relationships with others. They haven’t had an easy life, and they will face obstacles in the future, but they may build a bright future with their own spirit and the help of others.
