Their newly launched “Break Better” campaign invites professionals to pause, unwind, and rediscover joy in the everyday hustle, with a KitKat in hand.
Building A People-First Culture, One Break At A Time
The collaboration kicked off on 9 October 2025 at WORQ’s “People-First Blueprint: Building Thriving Workplaces” event, co-hosted with BFM 89.9. The event gathered HR and C-suite leaders from YTL AI Labs & Ryt Bank, Valiram Group, Pos Malaysia Berhad, Ninja Van Malaysia, BrioHR, and Arvato Systems to discuss how people-centric cultures drive performance.
Sweet Moments Of Pause Across WORQ Outlets

From October to November 2025, WORQ will roll out KitKat Break Zones across its outlets. The spaces will be dotted with interactive touchpoints and, of course, plenty of KitKats. This is all designed to spark connection and encourage workers to take intentional yet quality breaks.
WORQ’s CEO and Co-founder, Stephanie Ping, put it best:
“Work shouldn’t feel like a marathon with no pit stops. Taking a proper break isn’t slacking off. It’s how you stay energised and do your best work.”

The collaboration underscores KitKat’s timeless message: “Have a break, have a KitKat.” By partnering with WORQ, KitKat brings its philosophy to life in a meaningful way, within Malaysia’s growing co-working community.
