On 21 October, the delightful Secret Recipe café at 1 Utama Shopping Centre was buzzing with excitement as chocolate cake enthusiasts and DIY lovers gathered for a fun-filled morning.
We celebrated the launch of the limited-edition Chocolate Indulgence lip balm, a sweet collaboration between our beloved Secret Recipe and the fabulous local brand, Wunderbath!
A Morning To Indulge
Dubbed “A Morning to Indulge,” the event was a treat for all the senses. From the moment guests walked in, they were greeted by the warm, inviting aromas of chocolate treats and the friendly smiles of fellow chocolate fans. It was the perfect setting for a celebration!
The morning kicked off with a cheerful welcome from the emcee, followed by an inspiring chat from Evelyn Lee, Secret Recipe’s Head of Marketing. She shared the exciting story behind Secret Recipe’s 27th anniversary and this delicious new collaboration.
Then, the spotlight turned to Evelyn Marieta, the creative mastermind behind Wunderbath. She shared her passion for blending beauty and flavor, revealing how their iconic Chocolate Indulgence Cake inspired the new lip balm. Also, this vegan lip balm is made with Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil, and Castor Oil, which means it’s suitable for even those with sensitive lips.
Indulge In Chocolate Indulgence DIY Fun!
The real highlight of the event was the hands-on workshop where everyone rolled up their sleeves to create their own Chocolate Indulgence-scented lip scrub and mask!
Guided by Evelyn Marieta, attendees had a blast mixing ingredients, decorating with glitters and flakes, and, of course, enjoying some chocolate-inspired fun. It was a wonderful chance to unleash creativity and take home a sweet reminder of the day.
We also had a tasty spread of Secret Recipe’s signature treats, allowing everyone to munch while chatting and bonding over their love for chocolate. It was a big reward after the workshop and besides, who could resist those iconic and indulgent flavors?
