Flyovers are often overlooked as mere conduits for traffic. Nehemiah Lee used his innovative mind to create visually appealing hexagon-shaped walls. Nehemiah Walls not only enhances safety but also adds an artistic touch to the urban landscape.
These walls don’t just look good but also provide structural integrity. Each hexagonal panel is connected with steel bars and together they form a strong and versatile wall. The designs not only allow for proper ventilation but also cast intriguing shadows, adding a dynamic element to the urban environment.
Engagement Through Art
Nehemiah Lee made a resolute decision to pivot from his comfortable role as a general manager in a multinational corporation and ventured into uncharted territory, armed with neither knowledge nor training. Despite financial constraints, his business flourished, weathering the storms of the Asian financial crisis in 1998 and the global financial crisis in 2008.

According to Asian Beacon, Nehemiah Lee decided to remain and serve his beloved homeland country. Malaysia has always been his first choice whenever he was given a chance to go abroad.
He stated:
My professor offered me a fellowship to do my PhD in Notre Dame University (where I did my M.Sc. in civil engineering) and at the same time publish papers in technical journals with him to build up my credentials. It was an attractive offer. But I declined because I wanted to use my newly acquired knowledge and skill to serve my homeland.
