In celebration of International French Fry Day, the vibrant streets of Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle came alive with a full-scale Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) takeover, transforming the heart of the city into a shimmering sea of golden fries.

From 8:30 PM onwards, every major digital billboard in the area lit up in perfect harmony, showcasing McDonald’s iconic and unmistakable fries in dazzling golden visuals. The energy on the streets was electric when the crowds stopped, snapping, and soaking in the glow. But the real magic happened at 8:45 pm, when all the surrounding screens synchronized in a countdown and spotlighted the main screen above McDonald’s Bukit Bintang, revealing the highlight of the night: the all-new McDonald’s Fan Fries Meal.
