If there’s ever a time when a pint tells a story, it’s during St. Patrick’s season. This year, stout lovers across Malaysia have plenty to celebrate as Guinness St. Patrick’s Season rolls out a lively month-long experience at more than 40 bars and pubs nationwide. From interactive in-outlet challenges to exclusive promotions, the iconic Irish stout is inviting Malaysians to raise a glass and enjoy moments of togetherness throughout March.
A Nationwide Celebration Of Guinness St. Patrick’s Season
The festivities officially began at The Square at Jaya One in Kuala Lumpur, where bagpipers and drummers led a spirited Irish parade that set the tone for the nationwide celebration. The launch marked the start of a campaign that will extend across more than 40 participating outlets, transforming ordinary nights out into festive gatherings inspired by Irish tradition.

For more than 260 years, Guinness has played a central role in St. Patrick’s Day celebrations around the world. Known for its distinctive deep ruby colour and smooth, creamy head, the stout continues to symbolise craftsmanship, heritage, and the simple joy of sharing a drink with friends.
The “Double The Guinness” Pour Challenge

One of the highlights of this year’s Guinness St. Patrick’s Season is the “Double the Guinness” experience, inspired by the brand’s famous two-part pouring ritual.
Customers who purchase a Guinness Draught set will receive a token to participate in the challenge. The goal? Match the appearance of a perfectly poured pint. Those who succeed will be rewarded with a pint of Guinness Draught served in a proper pint glass, creating a fun and interactive way to appreciate the art behind every pour.
Limited-Time Guinness Promotions In March
Beyond the challenge, participating outlets are also offering a limited-time promotion during the campaign period. Customers who purchase two sets of Guinness Draught will receive an additional pint, subject to availability and outlet terms.

The promotion is designed to encourage friends to gather, share stories, and make the most of the festive atmosphere throughout the month.
Celebrating Heritage And Togetherness

According to Joyce Lim, Marketing Manager at Guinness Malaysia, the celebration goes beyond simply enjoying a drink. It represents a tradition that brings people together through shared rituals and meaningful connections.
With Guinness St. Patrick’s Season, the brand aims to recreate that spirit of camaraderie across Malaysia, where laughter, conversation, and a well-poured pint become part of the experience.
Consumers interested in joining the celebration can check participating outlets and campaign updates through Guinness Malaysia’s official social media pages. As always, the brand reminds consumers to enjoy responsibly and never drink and drive.
