It was a proud moment not only for the winners but also for their families, who got to witness the recognition of their loved ones’ hard work.
Building a Culture of Recognition and Motivation

Tan Ming Luk, Managing Director of foodpanda Malaysia, emphasized the importance of the riders to the company’s success. “Our riders are the heart of foodpanda, and their dedication drivers our success every day. These rewards are a token of our appreciation and a way to celebrate the people behind every delivery,” he said.
Durian Runtuh 2.0 is part of foodpanda’s annual continuity program that honours top-performing riders. It also serves to inspire the entire fleet, as the event teased exciting new prizes for the upcoming Year End Quest.
A Day to Celebrate, Connect, and Create Memories

The event wasn’t just about awards. It was a full-day celebration with activities designed for the whole family. From ice cream booths and photo corners to kid’s stations, live music, and even a recruitment corner, the energy was lively and welcoming.
Foodpanda also hosted a nationwide livestream, ensuring riders from every corner of Malaysia could join in the celebration. This thoughtful touch built a sense of unity across the community and reminded all riders that their efforts matter.
