At the heart of this initiative are three inspiring Malaysians whose lives reflect the spirit of “kekal kental”, to stay strong.
- Dr. Madhu, or Dr. Teddy Bear, spends his evenings providing healthcare for the homeless in Kuala Lumpur.
- Kak Dell, a Grab driver and tuition teacher, continues to chase her dream of becoming a writer.
- Black Hanifah, the voice behind the anthem “Kental Bersama”, draws strength from his humble beginnings and deep family roots.
Together, their stories form the backbone of the “Kental Bersama” music video. It is a moving tribute to the tenacity that defines Malaysians everywhere.
The Anthem That Unites A Nation

The “Kental Bersama” song by Black Hanifah serves as the emotional centerpiece of the campaign. Its lyrics capture the hustle, hope, and heart that Malaysians share. Whether they’re working to support their families, serving their communities, or striving toward personal dreams. Black Hanifah stated:
“The song was composed with all Malaysians in mind. It’s about reminding us that we are stronger when we stay kental together. Music and NESCAFÉ both have the power to bring people closer, and this song is proof of that.”

For NESCAFE Malaysia, celebrating resilience means evolving alongside the people it serves. As part of the campaign, the brand introduced NESCAFE Triple Shot, its boldest coffee innovation yet, crafted for those who need an extra boost to take on their day. Juan Aranols, CEO of Nestlé Malaysia said:
