Mabuhay! The first outlet of Jollibee in West Malaysia will open in Sunway Pyramid.
According to a Facebook post, the first West Malaysia Jollibee outlet has been spotted in Sunway Pyramid mall next to Seoul Garden on LG2.126. However, there is no detailed information about it so far. We can just cross our fingers and wait for the further official announcements for now.
The Malaysian Reserve reported in 2019 that Jollibee has set to open 120 outlets in West Malaysia itself. This makes Jollibee another famous fast food restaurant to be launching in Klang Valley after the news of Taco Bell in Cyberjaya and Five Guys in Genting Highland. This is another great news for fast food enthusiasts knowing that a lot of famous international fast-food chains has been flocking Malaysia. So, there’s no reason for you to keep coming to McDonald’s every week.
Where is the first Jollibee in Malaysia? Is it worth the hype?
The first-ever Jollibee outlet in Malaysia is located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Opened in 2018, many people still come to the restaurant every now and then. During the launching week, the outlet received long lines of over 1,000 customers which can take up to an hour.
Some of the famous menus are their signature Chickenjoy and Jolly Spaghetti, which has a sweet tinge to it. Rumour has it that their fried chicken is the best one yet. Other than that, there is a nice selection of budget-friendly choices; Jolly Sausage, Cheesy Yumburger with Fries, and more, which only cost RM7! Talking about a great deal.
