Honey Cornflakes are a combination of honey and cornflakes that will fill up your mouth with sweetness. It is very easy to make, everyone can make it!
Ingredients:
- 250g of cornflakes
- 125g of butter
- ½ cup of sugar
- Rainbow sprinkles (optional)
- 5 spoons of honey
- Mini paper cups
Steps:
- Melt the butter over low heat in a saucepan. Then, add honey and sugar and stir it well.
- Let it cool for a while once it done.
- In a separate bowl, lightly crush cornflakes into smaller pieces.
- Pour all the butter, honey and sugar mixture into the bowl.

- 375g of all-purpose flour
- 20g of rice flour
- 125g of corn-starch
- 110g of castor sugar
- 50g of almond flour
- 250g of unsalted butter at room temperature
- Almonds for filling and almond nibs for topping
- 1 large egg yolk
- Milk chocolate for coating (also can use dark chocolate)
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tbsp of butter
- Mini paper cups
Steps:
- Mix the butter and castor sugar together until it becomes light and fluffy.
- Add in the yolk and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Sift in all-purpose, almond flour, rice flour, corn-starch and 1 tsp of baking powder into the mixture and mix well.
- Use a spatula or hand to fold the mixture together until the dough is formed.
- Pinch off a teaspoon of dough and flatten it on your palm.
- Place an almond in the middle and seal the dough and shape it into an almond.
- Preheat oven to 150°C and bake the almond cookies for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolates into a bowl over a boiling pot and add 1 tbsp of butter.
- Rest the almond cookies for a while before dipping them into melted chocolate until it is fully coated.
- Place it into separate mini paper cups.

Ingredients:
- 250g of Florentine flour
- 100g of pumpkin seeds
- 150g of sliced almond
- 50g of sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons of black sesame seeds
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Bake all the beans for 5 minutes, until it is crispy cooked.
- Lift and let it cool.
- Mix Florentine flour with beans and black sesame seeds. Pour onto a 14” x 14” baking sheet lined with parchment paper so the biscuits do not stick later.
- Bake the cookies at 16° C for 10 minutes.
- Lift and cut it into small pieces while it is still hot, using a long knife or a pizza roller. If it’s cold, the cookies will break.

Ingredients:
- 8oz (225g) Dark chocolate 60-70%
- 4 tablespoons (60g) Butter
- 1/4 cup (50g) White sugar
- 1/2 cup (100g) Brown sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/3 cup (40g) All-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Instant coffee
Steps:
- Place chopped chocolate and butter in a heat proof bowl and melt over a pot with simmering water or in the microwave. Cool to room temperature.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs before add the melted chocolate and mix until well combined.
- Next, sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix until combined.
- Chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes, until slightly set.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 2 cookie sheets or baking trays with parchment paper.
- Scoop out 1-2 tablespoons of dough, 2-3 inches apart and place onto prepared baking sheets. Lightly spread the dough into a thin layer.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. The edges should be set but the centers should be slightly gooey. The cookies will come out soft from the oven but will harden up as they cool.
- Lastly, let it cool for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

5. Pineapple Tart

Ingredients:
- 1 kg pineapple chunks
- Half a cup of granulated sugar
- 1 and 2/3 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of custard flour
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 3 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 1 egg yolk
Steps:
- Put in pineapple chunks in the blender and blend just for 3-4 seconds.
- Pour the blended pineapple into a pot. Add in sugar and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes until the liquid evaporates
- Stir now and then frequently when the jam gets thicker to avoid it from getting burnt.
- Leave and let it cool completely before make a 1-inch thumb-sized and place it on the plate.
- For the tart, sift together all the flour, and custard powder and set aside inside a bowl.
- Add butter and icing sugar to another bowl and mix it well.
- Add in powdered milk and mix. Add in egg yolk, and vanilla essence and mix it well again.
- Lower the speed and add in the flour bit by bit, mixing just until well combined. Form it into a ball and cover it with cling film to prevent it from getting dry when it’s not used.
- Put a generous amount of flour on the work surface. Work with 1/3 dough at a time. Form into a disk, flour the rolling pin as the dough is a bit soft and sticky. Roll into 5 mm thickness.
- If you are using the dough presser, put some of the dough in and start pressing as per your presser’s instructions. Flour the line rolling pin and gently roll it on the dough, making lines on it. Place one jam log at one end and start to roll it with the dough.
- Place them on the baking sheet. Gently brush with egg yolk and bake at 175° C in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bottom edges are golden brown.

6. Semperit Susu

Ingredients:
- 250g of butter at room temperature
- 230g of condensed milk
- 500g of corn flour
- 2 tablespoons of castor flour
- Cherries (Garnish purpose)
Steps:
- Combine the butter and condensed milk in a bowl then, mix well.
- Add corn flour and castor flour, and combine them together.
- Knead the dough until soft and smooth, until it does not stick to the hands.
- Section the dough into the mold and press it into a shape.
- Arrange it on a baking sheet lined with butter. Garnish with cherries and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 160°C for 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients:
For the tart shell:
- 100g of butter
- 25g of ghee
- 50g of icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 300g of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
- Tart mold
For the tart filling:
- 250g of cream cheese
- 60g of icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
For the decorations:
- Green food colouring
- Gum-paste flowers sprinkle
- Nutella
Steps:
- Beat the butter, icing sugar, egg yolk and vanilla essence for a while.
- Sift the wheat flour and pour it into the mixture a little at a time until they become a dough.
- Mix the dough until it forms a non-sticking texture.
- Brush the tart mold with a little bit of ghee, then shape the dough into the mold.
- Bake at 150°C for 20 minutes. Then, rest them aside.
- Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, icing sugar, egg yolk and vanilla essence until it is rising and fluffy.
- Insert the filling into the piping bag. Pipe a bit of strawberry jam at the center followed by the cream cheese filling into the rest of the shell.
- Bake the tart again at 120°C for 10 minutes.
- For decoration, mix a few drops of green food colouring with a bit of cream cheese and put flowers sprinkle on the cheese tart. Draw together additional stems and leaves. You can use your own creativity to decorate it.

- 250g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 3 tablespoons of custard flour
- 2 1/2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 cup of corn flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- Cadbury chocolate
Steps:
- Mix the butter, icing sugar, egg and vanilla essence into a bowl and mix it well.
- Put the custard flour, corn flour and wheat flour into the mixture and mix it well into a dough.
- Make sure the dough is not too hard or too soft.
- Put some of the dough into the dough presser and press it longer.
- Put one small square bar of Cadbury on the dough and roll it until it seals the chocolate.
- Place it on the baking tray.
- Bake the cookies at 150°C for 25 – 30 minutes.

- 3 tablespoons of ghee

- 12 cup custard flour
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 120gm groundnuts roasted
- 100g castor sugar
- Mix the castor sugar together.
- crushed peanuts
Steps:
- Mix butter, ghee, and sugar.
- Add 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
- Add to the dry ingredients and stir everything with a mixer.
- Add 1 teaspoon green food colouring into the dough.
- Rest the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
- The dough is formed in a round.
- Peanut and sugar filling into the dough.
- Then, you can shape it like leaves by using tongs for leaf carving
- Bake at temp 170C for 30min
